Training and Outreach Specialist

The Training and Outreach Specialist develops curriculum, provides outreach strategy and engagement, and delivers presentations and communications materials. S/he has expert knowledge in our product portfolio, is comfortable speaking in front of large groups, and brings stakeholder feedback to the product teams.

Responsibilities

Delivers a comprehensive multi-stakeholder, multi-media learning strategy for each product in coordination with the product business teams.

Creates outreach strategy and conducts outreach including recruiting attendees, scheduling, and tracking participation.

Produces job aids and learning materials for classroom and online instruction.

Facilitates trainings and presentations.

Develops social media and video training assets.

Attends events hosted by City agencies and providers to promote products.

Contribute to identification of current product enhancements and new offerings based on feedback from engagement sessions and user testing.
